Sign up to open a booster

The short version

Atsumia is a prototype collectible game built on open data. Boosters are free, and cards are virtual items with no monetary value. Coins can be bought with real money; they are a virtual currency and can only be spent inside the game.

In detail

  • Do not use the prototype to harm others, defraud, or circumvent its protections.
  • Automation earns nothing that patience does not: the pack stack holds ten and refills one every ten minutes on the server, for a script exactly as for a person. Accounts that automate play may be excluded from anything competitive.
  • Coins are sold to you by the operator of Atsumia, an individual in France. There is no app store and no reseller in between. Payment is taken by Stripe on a page Stripe hosts, so your card details never reach Atsumia.
  • A coin pack is a fixed number of coins at a fixed price. There is no chance element in a purchase and there will not be one: the random part of Atsumia is the booster, and the booster is free.
  • Coins have no cash value. They cannot be paid out, exchanged for money, or transferred to another player as coins. They exist only inside Atsumia, they buy listings on the Market and nothing else, and they never buy a booster.
  • Digital content carries a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Coins are delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed, so the checkout asks you to consent to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that consenting ends the right — Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation. Neither box is ticked for you, and without both the 14 days apply in full.
  • Coins you have spent cannot be returned. Buying a listing moves them to another player, and reversing that would take a card away from somebody who accepted it. There is no automated refund in the product: a payment you dispute is handled by writing to the operator.
  • Prices include any tax due. The operator is under the French franchise en base de TVA, so no VAT is charged today; if that changes, the price you are shown at checkout is still the price you pay.
  • You must be 18 or over to buy coins, or have the permission of the adult whose payment method it is. The checkout asks you to say so and nothing verifies it: Atsumia performs no age check, and that sentence is a declaration rather than a control.
  • Suspending an account leaves its coins alone. They are unreachable while the suspension stands, nothing is taken, and lifting it returns the balance exactly as it was.
  • Deleting an account does not pay its coins out and does not move them anywhere. The balance stays on a row that no longer says who you were, and no sign-in can reach it again — so coins are worth spending before deleting.
  • Coins cannot be bought inside the Android app from Google Play: no purchase is offered there. The same account buys them in a browser, and everything else coins do works in the app exactly as it does on the web.
  • Availability and content may change before any public release.
  • Source content remains subject to its own licences and rights.
